Jared Goff and Carson Wentz seem to be the top two rated QBs at the moment. One of the negative things people say about Goff is that he has smaller hands than other QBs and with that comes ball security issues. Because Goff played in sunny California there isn’t much film of him playing in wet or cold conditions.

Most people believe the Cleveland Browns are going to pick a QB with the second pick and will likely have the luxury of choosing any quarterback they want. Depending on who they pick might say a lot about how much teams should value the hand size of their quarterbacks.
